I want to learn more about the screening process
Six 10-fold compound dilutions will be prepared in DMSO, e.g. 10mM (stock), 1mM, 100μM, 10μM, 1μM and 0.1μM. Single data point will be tested for each concentration. The final concentration of DMSO is 0.1%. The duration of the treatment is 72 hours.
The growth inhibition will be measured by using Sulforhodamin B, a protein staining assay. Activity of the agents will be determined by evaluating the following parameters: IC50, GI50, IC10, GI10, TGI, LC50, IC90 and GI90 (if these values can be calculated).

What will I receive at the end of the process?
You will receive all the data including an Excel file containing calculated values, raw data, png- and pdf-files containing dose-response and the fitting curves including confidence intervals.

How long will it take to deliver results?
The primary results will be delivered within 4 weeks after initiation of the study.

How should I send you the compounds?
The minimum 1-2 mg of compounds (or 150µl of stock solution) should be supplied. In the case you provide us with a powder, please supply a molecular weight and exact weight of the aliquot in an electronic (text-form)
